Service Design Management: Mobile Packing Stations

In a team of four, we worked on the service of mobile packing stations. The main focus of the course was on the service concept with specific emphasis on the concept of customer value co-creation, and on bridging strategy and execution in the context of service management systems. Additional focus was on managing the implementation of design competency in order to integrate this competency to conceptualise service innovations. I learned to see services as complex systems that provide value.
