Unlearning, Imagining, and Integrating: Videration
During an elective module called IDA (Interdisciplinarity in Design and Arts), we worked on unsettling beliefs and mental models about the world and design through key readings. We experimented in a co-design laboratory utopian futures of a communal way of social life. The Marimekko Utopia Pilot House and the Radical Schools of Oscar Niemeyer et al. served as references for the project. The key components for the communal way of social life was then designed in the form of an architectural ensemble (assemblage) which was exhibited at the end of the module.

I learned to imagine creative futures and base an utopian future in a specific context. In a team of four, we reimagined the future of social life based on equality and equal treatment. We created an assemblage for a transformed military focusing on training self-awareness.
