Design Ethnography: Observation and Conversation
This course offered an introduction into design ethnography as done by research organisations, individuals, and agencies. The observation and conversation helped me learn to understand who my participant is and what their behavioural patterns, needs, and value priorities are. With these research methods, I learned to analyse unfolding behavioural patterns, to translate my understanding into actionable findings which create a basis for design activities.
